The Bodhana Method
When the breath, the body, and meaning align to reveal your truth.
A holistic, living, and deeply human approach
There is no single right path to healing.
No single tool, no single school, no single language.
The Bodhana method is a form of guidance, individual or collective, intuitive yet precise, both gentle and demanding.
It weaves together multiple lenses to help you see more clearly, move through a transition, or navigate a concrete, lasting, and deeply inner transformation.

"Romain is a genuine, heart based teacher and guide in the world of yoga and meditation. I have witnessed multiple people in tears of joy and happiness after one of his sessions!
A little background. I am a fairly senior teacher in these things myself (more than 20 years doing this work) and I have seen many people go through my teacher trainings. Romain is exceptional.
His grasp of teaching this material is already profound, and his extensive experience in the practice itself is obvious. Highly recommend taking the time to work with him!”
Each situation is explored through different lenses of understanding:
-
Symbolic: What is your experience telling, at its core? Which archetypes are at play?
-
Energetic: What subtle blockages are showing up in your body, your breath, your life force?
-
Psychological: What recurring patterns are replaying? What story are you telling about yourself?
-
Somatic: How is your body experiencing what you're going through? What is it expressing that words cannot?
This weaving of perspectives opens new, liberating insights.
It’s what allows meaning to emerge, change to begin, or healing to take place where it was needed.
Concrete, sensitive and transformative tools
Each session draws from a range of tools, chosen according to your sensitivity, your personal story, and the moment you're going through.
The Bodhana method selects each tool with care — the aim is to find what truly resonates for you, whether in a one-on-one session or a group setting.
Here are some of the resources we may work with:
• Guided visualisations to release a memory or anchor an intention,
• Somatic practices to give the body back its voice,
• Rites of passage to honour symbolic transitions,
• Belief work to deconstruct inner limitations,
• Conscious or spontaneous writing to let deep answers rise,
• Therapeutic breathwork to soothe, refocus, or reignite energy,
• Spaces for deep listening, sharing, and silence.
Some tools emerge in the intimacy of a one-on-one session. Others unfold within the power of a retreat, where the presence of others becomes a mirror — and a catalyst for awareness.
Tailor-made guidance
Each process is unique.
Whether it’s a one-on-one journey or an immersive retreat, the Bodhana method adapts to what is alive in you — your rhythm, your language, your sensitivity.
Bodhana doesn’t follow a rigid protocol, but offers a living, attentive, and grounded presence to help you find your own bearings, at your own pace.
It’s a form of support that is sensitive, powerful, and deeply human — where you learn to know yourself differently, to truly listen within, and to move forward with greater clarity and alignment.
