Bodhana, what does that mean?
A Sanskrit word that literally means “to awaken,” “to purify,” or “to transform.”
It refers to the action of nurturing inner awakening, lifting the veils, and reconnecting with what truly matters.
It is an invitation to clarity.
A living process, gentle yet powerful, that brings meaning, breath and sacredness back into our lives.

The method is a living intersection of symbolism, somatics, energy, emotion, and spirit.
No miracle formula, but a sensitive compass.
Here, we explore breathwork, writing, rituals, silence, movement, and intuition.
Each session is attuned to who you are, here and now.
It’s a subtle, human guidance, in constant evolution, serving whatever is ready to move, to open, to soften.

The Bodhana Method
This is not a pause. It's a turning point...
A stone house, nestled in the hills of the Drôme Provençale. A small, intimate group. And a full week to lay things down, to feel, to relearn how to listen. Bodhana retreats are deep, yet accessible experiences. We practice holistic yoga, we breathe, we write, we move through things. We laugh sometimes, we cry often.
We speak of disidentification, of consciousness, of the body, of love.
Not to escape the world — but to return to it, more fully alive.
