The speaker

"I had the honor and privilege of spending a month alongside Romain during our yoga teacher training. It was a special gift to meet someone who embodied such genuine kindness, deep curiosity and unwavering compassion.
From the very beginning, he shared his calm, grounded presence that made everyone around him feel seen, supported and safe to be themselves.

Romain has a beautiful gift for holding space for others spiritually intellectually and emotionally. Whether in shared silence or heartfelt conversation, Romain's energy is warm, steady and deeply healing. I have no doubt that any retreat he hosts will be infused with the same mindful care and authenticity that he brought to our yoga teacher training.

If you have the opportunity to learn from Romain, don't hesitate. You'll be in the hands of someone truly special."
A grounded path, between training and lived experience
Romain is a trained and experienced guide who draws from a living tapestry of body, emotion, breath, words, and the sacred. His path has been shaped by both powerful inner experiences and rigorous training:
Certified yoga teacher (200h YTT – Samasti Yoga School), trained in philosophy, asanas, breathwork, and meditation
Additional training in inner psychology, active listening, nonviolent communication, somatic practices, symbolism, ritual, and circle facilitation
High sensitivity and sharp intuition for emotional and energetic diagnostics
Concrete experience in one-on-one support and the design of transformative retreats
But beyond titles and training, it’s his personal healing journey — marked by loss, questioning, deep impulses and long silences — that makes him a deeply human, grounded, and sensitive facilitator.
A living, simple, and deep approach
Romain doesn’t follow a single path — he weaves together the symbolic, the somatic, the spiritual, and the intuitive to offer a living form of guidance.
No fixed speeches. No dogma.
Just a real presence, deep listening, and concrete tools, all in service of one aim: helping each person feel deeply, reconnect with their inner compass, and move forward — at their own pace.
He believes that life brings us what we need, at the right time.
The key is having the right tools to understand its meaning.
A grounded posture
What he offers is neither pure coaching, nor conventional therapy, nor a typical yoga class.
It’s an embodied form of guidance, one that holds both softness and depth, welcoming what is, while moving toward what calls.

He doesn’t try to explain things for you.
He helps you feel.

He doesn’t try to fix.
He invites you to love yourself as you are.

He doesn’t lead.
He walks beside you, into places you’ve never dared to go alone.
What moves him
Romain believes that every human being carries immense resources within, often simply covered by fear, confusion, or forgetfulness.
What touches him most is that subtle moment when someone begins to trust again, opens up to themselves, and realises they’ve always had the answers, right there, within.
In summary
Bodhana is not a concept.
It is the natural expression of who he is.
And the space he offers, in retreats or one-on-one sessions, is an extension of that.
A bridge between breath, emotion, and awareness.
A presence to help you ground, connect, and unfold. Simply, to help you find yourself again.
To reconcile with what you already are. To give voice to that part of you that has always known.
The one that’s been waiting to be heard so it can finally guide you.
You don’t have to become anything. Just come back to who you are.
